As the founder and director of Davenport Construction & Development Ltd, Paul ensures every project is completed to the highest standards, managing full-scale refurbishments with a focus on quality, compliance, and design. Once the construction is complete, Davenport Homes Ltd takes over — delivering professional tenant-find services, HMO management, and ongoing tenant care.
