Neath Road began as an underperforming HMO, struggling to attract tenants despite its potential. The property’s owner reached out to our sister company, Davenport Construction & Development, for help with upgrading two of the bathrooms.

When Paul visited, he identified why the rooms weren’t renting and shared examples of similar successful projects. This conversation sparked a much larger transformation: Davenport Construction fully refurbished the property into a 6-bed HMO with 4 ensuite bathrooms, finished to a high standard throughout.

Impressed with the results, the owner went on to partner with Paul on further joint venture projects. Davenport Homes took over management of Neath Road in March 2022, and since then it has enjoyed 100% occupancy.
